We had just pulled into Bend from visiting Crater Lake and were very hungry. We had heard that The Old Mill District was a cute area, and it certainly did not disappoint. We arrived in time for Happy Hour and we split a small Maple Fennel Sausage pizza, the Capicola, Italian Sausage and Sopressa pizza and the Fontina Fonduta. The Fondita was our favorite! We also each had their house red ale. So delicious on a hot summer day! The wait staff was super friendly and the food came out quickly! Our waitress told us some sights to hit in Bend. All in all, a really fun way to kick off a two-day jaunt in the city.

First visit to Flat Bread Pizza in The Old Mill. Delicious and good value. We both had the pick two menu. I had a kale beet salad , generous portion, and a chicken , mushroom pizza. it had a fancier name . We’ll go back as it was good value and a fun atmosphere. Would give 5 stars if the music was not blaring so loud, even across a small table for two we had to yell. Fun place for kids as they have a special “kids make their own pizza’. watched a couple of kids enjoying that.
