Stopped in on a Saturday for a quick bite. My wife loved the Salmon Salad – “salmon cooked perfectly, and the dressing is very good.” The Jambalaya was, perhaps, a bit too fusiony for me. I truly enjoyed the Banana Bread Pudding, though. Staff is very friendly. I want to go back to try the New Orleans Burger.

I absolutely love this place. Bethlyn’s is chef owner and operated with pride and community. They serve dishes that your body will love, at least mine does. Centrally located to my favorite grocery store in Bend, Newport Market. The outdoor seating was enjoyable with the trees and umbrellas providing shade. Highly recommend the Deep Fried Avocado Tacos!

The guacamole is amazing! I love the huge chunks of fresh avocado in the mix. Practically ordered everything on the menu. The happy hour is fantastic. Great gluten-free options. A little lacking on the AC this very hot day but the menus are large enough to fan everyone at the table.
