Crave! the Inland Northwest’s premier food and drink celebration is Friday, August 27, 2021, at Spokane Valley CenterPlace.
Over 600 enthusiast foodies are planning on attending a SOLD OUT Crave! on the new West Lawn at CenterPlace in Spokane Valley.
The City of Spokane Valley again sponsors the event. “This will be our fourth year of partnering with Crave, and we are excited to watch this event continue to grow and bring new people to Spokane Valley,” said Mayor Ben Wick. “We have invested in improvements at CenterPlace to make it the best venue possible for premier events like Crave.”
Crave! is a celebration of Northwest culinary with chefs, tastemakers, restaurants, and producers from the region. It is normally a multi-day culinary food event but was cut back to one day for 2021.
The event will return to the full Thursday through Saturday schedule July 14-16, 2022!
The event Friday, August 27th is a walk-around tasting dinner with local chefs, tastemakers, wineries, distillers, breweries, mead, ciders, seltzers, and live music for a fun culinary experience!
