Known for crafting some of the baddest brunches around town, this June Brix Tavern turns its eye towards all things Southern with its Beer-BBQ-Bourbon Buffet. Set to take place Thursday, June 16 at 6 pm, it’s a taste of the South in the most glorious buffet form imaginable. With mouth-watering drinks from Ninkasi Brewing and Elijah Craig Kentucky Bourbon, there’ll be more than plenty of cheer to pass around the dinner table.
Guests can expect finger-lickin’ dishes like decadent Mac ‘n’ Cheese, warm gooey Spoon Bread, Collard Greens and more served fresh out of the kitchen, along with Brix’s signature in-house Smoked Brisket and Ribs. And in case that’s not enough to make you grip the edge of your seat, there’ll be plenty of Bourbon Bread Pudding to load up on for dessert, too.
