This place blew me away. Everything was prepared fresh and healthy. I was energized from this meal. They also make OJ and kale drinks which are soooooo good!

This is the most authentic south of the border Mexican food in Bend, Oregon. Get everything here. The margarita’s are to die for. The house is my favorite, but the prickly pear is perfect too. My enchiladas had the best flavor and texture. I will go again. Please open one in Portland 🙂

Pork dashi was the first dish I tried here. Very delicious and rich with flavor. Second time back I had the Caramelized fennel dashi and rice tots for the win! This place has some GREAT FOOD! Check it out~
