Crave! this year is a 3-day food festival. It is chef-focused, showcasing the creative talents of visionary chefs and tastemakers from around the region while highlighting the flavors of the great Northwest. So join us for a culinary journey you won't want to miss.

This event is presented by the City of Spokane Valley, CRAVE! NW is the largest culinary event in the Spokane area. It is dedicated to uplifting the culinary scene in the Northwest. Crave NW is the summer foodie event, and information is available for promotion. Tickets are now on sale at the website: Crave! Northwest 2022 (ticketspice.com). Thus, the event will run for three days, July 14 - 16, 2022, with a theme each night. Tickets are based on arrival time, group size, and package deals.
Three Theme Nights
July 14 - Burger SmackDown
Both local and celebrity chefs will show off their burger-making skills in a judged contest. Entertainment includes Relentless Wrestlers, who will perform three times, at 6, 7, and 8 p.m.; other live entertainment includes Kosta La Vista and Okay Honey during the afterparty. In addition, there will be JJudge'sChoice and PPeople'sChoice contests throughout the evening. There are 12 chefs and all local businesses - dessert vendors, Roast House Coffee, wineries, distilleries, breweries, cider houses, seltzers, tastemakers, and the evening entertainment.
July 15 - Foods from Around the World
Unique culinary options with worldwide flair. With this intention, this night will feature 15 celebrity and regional chefs, a dessert company, a coffee company, wineries, distilleries, breweries, cider houses, seltzers, tastemakers, and the following entertainment: Hot Club of Spokane, Spokane Aerial with Carnivale acts, and After Party Erin Parkes.
July 16 - Fire & Smoke
If it can be smoked or cooked over a fire, it will be served up. The third and final night of Crave! NW features 14 celebrity and regional chefs, dessert vendors, wineries, distilleries, breweries, cider, seltzer, tastemakers, and the following entertainment: CDA Casino Cultural Tourism Tribal Entertainment, Northwest Breeze live music, and After Party LoGee.
Celebrity Chefs
Crave NW is inviting several nationally recognized celebrity chefs to join the event. They will cook, educate, judge contests, and socialize with attendees. The celebrity chefs are Alvin Cailan, Brian Duffy, Mark Singson, and Mattias Merges.
Regional Libations and Non-Alcoholic Drinks Available
Local beer, wine, and cider to be served every night, along with non-alcoholic options.
All-inclusive
Tickets are all-inclusive each night, eat and drink as much as desired. This is a 21+ event.

Crave! has partnered with various local hotels for those traveling or who wish to stay within walking distance of the event.
