Waterfront Blues Fest Food, Drinks & Local Vendors

Portland’s Waterfront Blues Festival returns July 2-4, 2026 to Tom McCall Waterfront Park, bringing three days of live music, riverfront views, fireworks, and a full festival food lineup that makes this one of the tastiest summer events in the city.

This year’s Blues Bites food court and vendor marketplace will feature a mix of new arrivals, returning Portland favorites, local drinks, sweet treats, and creative merchants throughout the festival grounds.

Waterfront Blues Festival runs daily from 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with music beginning at 1 p.m.

🟢 Where To Eat

Come hungry, because the 2026 food lineup is a full Portland festival meal plan all by itself.

New Food Vendors for 2026

  • Flying Fish Co. brings fresh seafood favorites to the waterfront, including the kind of festival-friendly bites that feel right at home along the Willamette.
  • Kate’s Ice Cream adds a sweet, cool stop for summer festival days.
  • MidCity SmashedBurger joins the lineup with smash burgers built for a big music weekend.
  • Cametco Inc. Korean’s Corn Dogs & Bingsoo Desserts brings Korean-style corn dogs, bingsoo desserts, and fun festival flavors.

Returning Festival Favorites

  • Boke Bowl for Asian comfort food and festival-ready bowls.
  • Carioca Bowls for açaí bowls and refreshing lighter options.
  • Cobra Dogs for classic hot dogs with big personality.
  • Dairy Hill for ice cream sandwiches, frozen bananas, and floats.
  • Bates BBQ for barbecue, burgers, and smoky comfort food.
  • Garbonzos for falafel, salads, chicken, and catfish.
  • Fabos Tacos for tacos, birria grilled cheese, taquitos, and more.
  • Horn of Africa for East African lamb, chicken, and vegetarian combinations.
  • Al Forno Ferruzza Pizzeria for hand-tossed New York style pizza by the slice.

Festival tip: If you are going with a group, split up and share. One person can grab tacos, another can head for seafood, someone else can track down dessert, and suddenly you have your own Blues Fest tasting menu on the lawn.

🟢 Where To Drink

The beverage lineup is built for a warm Portland holiday weekend, with beer, wine, cider, cocktails, frozen wine slushies, and plenty of non-alcoholic options.

Between the music, the river views, and the July sun, this is a good year to plan your drinks with the same care as your stage schedule.

🟡 Where To Play

The food and merchant lineup is part of what makes Waterfront Blues Festival feel like more than a concert. It is a full Portland summer experience, with local makers, artists, music shops, community vendors, and festival finds throughout the grounds.
