Celebrated Portland chefs including Chef Scott Dolich of The Bent Brick will serve bites to complement the vast selection of spirits available. Skilled bartenders will also be creating exceptional cocktails for guests to purchase at the bar.

"TOAST is an opportunity for talented artisan distillers and producers in our community to bring their craftsmanship in front of large captive audience,” says President of Oregon Distillers Guild and local distiller Ted Pappas who oversees the annual showcase. “It brings together distillers from across the region and the country for a night of comradery and collaboration around a shared passion for fine crafted spirits."
A not-to-be-missed highlight at the event is the new release from the Oregon Starka Project, a collaborative effort with Big Bottom Distilling, Bull Run Distilling and Indio Spirits. The project is inspired by an old Russian custom of burying an oak barrel of vodka when a child is born and unearthing it on their wedding day to be served to guests at the wedding celebration - a tradition that has been adapted for modern taste with each distillery putting their own personalized twist on their product. These very limited release spirits will be premiered for the first time at TOAST 2015.
TOAST is organized and sponsored by Oregon Distillers Guild, founded in 2007 as the first Distillers Guild of its kind in the country, with additional event sponsorship from Saver Glass and The Mercury.
