This classic Pioneer Square sandwich joint recently opened its second location inside Benaroya Hall, and both are stacking ‘em high. You’ll find The Mountain on both shops’ menus -- a little ditty featuring brisket pastrami, corned beef, Russian dressing, and a heaping scoop of slaw between toasted Caraway Rye. Location-specific specialities include Benaroya Hall’s Veggie BBQ sandwich (pulled jackfruit braised in house BBQ and topped with coleslaw, shaved red onions, and jalapeños) and Porchetta (which also features chipotle aioli, white cheddar, lime-marinated coleslaw, poblano peppers, red peppers, and cilantro), or Pioneer Square’s Fists of Fury (pulled pork, wasabi aioli, tobiko caviar, and a spicy slaw made of shaved cabbage, sliced jalapeños, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro).

Interbay’s Highliner Pub serves every burger and sandwich on its menu with either french fries or its fan-favorite Pubhouse slaw for solo munching or scooping onto your bun.
