Seattle’s favorite twice-annual citywide dining event is back for 2017! From Sunday, March 5 to Thursday, March 23, approximately 50 local restaurants will offer special Dine Around Seattle menus featuring three courses at a fixed price ($18 for participating lunch locations and $22, $33, or $44 for dinner).
The program highlights the partnerships between restaurateurs and local farms and producers, and the concept is designed to support the local economy and foster a strong small business community.
From the following list, Capitol Cider, Flying Fish, Nirmal’s, Peso’s, and Toulouse Petit will be participating in the lunch portion, while all participating locations will offer dinner.
Reservations are not required but are recommended -- especially because Dine Around Seattle will donate to Rainier Valley Food Bank for each reservation made online. Lunch offering highlights include French Onion Soup, Red Chili Chicken, Marinated Portobello and Grits, Fish and Chips, and three dessert options. Dinner offering highlights include a Dukkah Caesar, Carolina Pork Ribs, Mushroom Rigatoni, Jerk Chicken, and three dessert options.

Flying Fish will offer three courses for $22 at lunch and $44 at dinner. Diners will have several options to choose from per course. Lunch offering highlights include Curry Seafood Stew, a Crispy Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, and three dessert options. Dinner offering highlights include Potato Leek Soup with bacon, Grilled Charmoula Marinated Gulf Shrimp, Columbia River Steelhead, Grilled Szechuan Albacore, and three dessert options.

Lunch will feature the popular 5-course Thali (soup, vegetable dish, meat dish, lentil dish, dessert) and diner’s choice of a lassi, chai, or soda. The $33 dinner offering highlights include a meat option, a veggie option, and the choice of more than 12 curries and biryanis served with rice or naan. The $44 dinner offering highlights include two meat options, two veggie options, and a dessert, glass of prosecco, lassi, chai, or soda.
