In April, Bartini will offer a three-course martini-paired dinner for $30 per person. The following is the featured menu:
First Course: Fresh Scallop Ceviche
Martini Pairing: The Herbal Remedy with Belvedere, Yellow Chartreuse, Green Tea, Star Anise, Lemon & Prosecco
Second Course: Smoked Beef Tenderloin
Martini Pairing: Rainy Day with I. W. Harper Bourbon, Fernet, Campari, and Angostura Bitters
Third Course: Riesling Poached Pear with Lemon Sorbet
Martini Pairing: Pepper Drop, a Habanero-Infused Captain Morgan White Rum
with Cocchi Americano, Harlequin, & Simple Syrup
Bartini will kick off this Martini Pairing Dinner special tonight with Taste-ini Tuesday. Stop in from 7 to 9 pm for samples of the featured martinis this month. The cocktails will also be available for individual purchase throughout April.
