Taho Kakutani and Ryan Yokoyama of Pike Place Fish Market will prepare a five-course meal highlighting the best of the season's shellfish and finfish. Taho and Ryan will partner with market vendors for all the seasonal produce, specialty ingredients, and beverage pairings for each course. Local ingredients will inspire the menu and served by the friendly fishmongers from Pike Place Fish.
Price includes a five-course meal with beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverage pairings. Please arrive for your first course at 7 pm. Dinner will begin at 7:30.
