Burgers are a beloved staple of American cuisine, and chefs are constantly thinking up ways to make theirs stand out among the rest. These Seattle spots offer some pretty spectacular burgers to sink your teeth into the next time you get a burger craving, or just need a delicious meal.

Blue Moon Burgers | Multiple Locations

With eight fantastic signature burgers and an option to build your own, the choices for burger deliciousness at Blue Moon Burgers are almost endless. The restaurants also offer the Impossible Burger, which is a patty made entirely from plants but tastes exactly like premium beef. Producing these patties doesn’t involve cows, which reduces the cost of natural resources to a fraction of the cost to produce beef. That means 87% fewer greenhouse gas emissions, 74% less water, and 95% less land than conventional beef.
