Tickets Now Available for TOAST 2016, Oregon Distillers Guild’s 6th Annual Spirits Tasting Event Featuring Over 40 Local Distillers at an All New Location
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE (Portland, Ore.) - Tickets are now on sale for TOAST, the original artisan spirits tasting event of the Pacific Northwest on Saturday, February 27th, 2016. The Oregon Distillers Guild’s 6th annual tasting event allows small distillers and producers to showcase their handcrafted spirits and provides the public with a unique all-inclusive tasting experience of diverse and high quality craft spirits from Oregon and beyond. TOAST 2016 will take place from 4-10pm at an all new location, Really Big Video event space at 539 NW 10th in Portland’s Pearl District. TOAST 2016 will feature over 40 distillers, on-site product sales, bites from top local chefs, and other vendors and entertainment.
TOAST attendees can expect a huge variety of spirits to sample, like whiskey, rum, gin, vodka, tequila, brandy, absinthe, aquavit and rare liqueurs. This year’s roster includes Vinn Distilling, Sound Spirits, Tualatin Valley Distilling, Thomas and Sons, Oregon Spirits, Big Bottom Distilling, Northwest Distiller and many more.
Top local restaurants Pok Pok, Lechon, Smallwares, Bellino Trattoria Siciliana, and Swank & Swine will be serving delicious bites throughout the event. In addition to chefs and distillers, Pok Pok Som Drinking Vinegar, Bradley’s Tonic, Interrobang Vermouth and other acclaimed beverage vendors will offer samples to complement the spirits. Skilled bartenders will be creating exceptional cocktails for guests to purchase at the bar.
General Admission tickets are $45, all-inclusive of food and spirit samples. VIP tickets (limited) are $60 and include two cocktails, one-hour early entry to the event, access to the VIP room, and entry to the distillers after party. A special $15 non-drinking admission will be available for designated drivers and those who do not wish to imbibe but still explore the event. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door.
TOAST is organized and sponsored by Oregon Distillers Guild, founded in 2007 as the first Distillers Guild of its kind in the country, with additional event sponsorship from Saver Glass, Yelp and The Mercury.
