Stop in at any of Blue Moon’s four Seattle locations in South Lake Union, Fremont, Capitol Hill, or Alki Beach and go for the Blue Shroom: a Washington black angus beef patty is stacked with fresh grilled portabella mushrooms, cherry wood smoked bacon, blue cheese crumbles, lettuce, sweet red onions, pickles, and special Blue Moon sauce on a fluffy brioche bun. Or, feel free to venture beyond the set menu and add grilled crimini mushrooms to any burger of your choice.

The Lodge honors Pac-12 collegiate teams with a tribute spanning its entire burger menu. Both the Husky Big Dawg and the OSU Mushroom Swiss feature our star ingredient paired with more favorite toppings that complement a flame-broiled beef patty. The former entry includes caramelized onions, mushrooms, lettuce, bacon, melty Tillamook white cheddar, and garlic horseradish aioli; the latter works its magic via Swiss cheese, more grilled mushrooms, lettuce, and roasted garlic aioli. Teriyaki-coated mushrooms might be the only true contender of classic grilled mushrooms. Teddy’s pairs them with grilled onions, Swiss cheese, and its signature 100% ground chuck flame-broiled patty in the Kailua specialty burger. Fremont’s Uneeda Burger offers up two shroom-centric menu items, one for sworn carnivores and one for veggie people. The #8 features a 1/3-pounder, crimini and porcini mushrooms with black truffle salt, shallots, and gruyere cheese, while the #10 swaps the patty for hearty portobellos topped with romaine lettuce, tomato, and red onions on a bun smothered with special sauce.
