Taste208, the popular local tasting and education-focused event series, will take place in downtown Boise on April 22 & 23. This event, now in it's fifth year, is proudly sponsored by the Where To Eat Guide and is perfect for anyone who enjoys local and regional beer, wine, spirits and food.
New for 2016 is a Friday Night VIP Experience. Three hundred patrons will gather to sample Sip + Bite pairings from restaurants like Juniper, Matador, The Mode Lounge, Quail Hollow, and My Family Tradition, and to take in a rustic artisanal surf + turf spread from Reel Foods Fish Market. A six-wine tap will be provided by Proletariat, and artisanal cocktails will be served by Jim Beam and Simple Snow mixers. Patrons will vote for their favorite pairing, and the winner will be announced and celebrated at the end of the event. Patrons receive a gift bag from Full Circle Exchange, a sampling glass, access to all sampled products and a voucher for a one complimentary Taste208 Cocktail at the central bar. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased here.
