We are thrilled to feature Zhu Dang on the cover this season! Zhu Dang brings updated Chinese food with a Northwest vibe to Capitol Hill, focusing on flavor above tradition, while remaining true to the Chinese palate. Their talented chefs make in-house products from scratch such as Chinese sausages, bacon, hand-cut noodles, and their own X.O. sauce. Pearl fried rice with house duck ham, seafood clay pot with preserved tofu, and free-range Nicky Farms hainan chicken with house chili bean sauce are just a few offerings of the broad, family-style menu.
