Spirit lovers rejoice, the highly anticipated Oregon Distiller’s Guild’s 5th Annual TOAST is upon us! Tomorrow over 40 distillers will come together to produce an event that’s truly worth raising your glass. Held in the beautiful Leftbank Annex,TOAST will offer over 120 different types of classic and obscure spirits for attendants to sample, specialty craft cocktails from acclaimed Portland bartender Ryan Csany, and the exclusive release of The Oregon Starka Project - a collaborative effort with Big Bottom Distilling, Bull Run Distilling and Indio Spirits, inspired by a Russian tradition. Did we mention the food? Five of Portland’s rock star chefs will offer small bites at the event including Elias Cairo of Olympia Provisions, Johanna Ware of Smallwares, Scott Dolich of The Bent Brick, Matthew Fields of Stella Taco, and Kevin Schantz of (soon-to-open) RingSide Grill. What could be better than a boozy Saturday complete with bites from some of the best chefs in Portland? Sounds like a no-brainer to us!
