Seattle’s seafood destination in South Lake Union, Flying Fish, offers a delicious fusion of seafood from the Pacific Northwest with an Asian twist on preparation and presentation. Many of their lunch dishes, from their Fish Tacos to their Steamed Manila Clams, are gluten-free, as is the House Salad and the Fresh Columbia River Steelhead lunch plate. For more than 30 years, Chai Asavadejkajorn, the owner of Siam Thai Cuisine has managed multiple Thai restaurant locations throughout the greater Seattle area. Today, he owns and manages two locations - on Eastlake Ave E and in Bothell. Siam Thai Cuisine on Eastlake is a great spot to grab a gluten-free lunch, since most of their classic Thai dishes and special restaurant creations are already free of wheat products.

Soi takes a more authentic approach to Thai food, with a focus on the food and preparation from the north eastern region of Thailand, Issan.
