Emerging from the flaming disasters at his backyard barbeque, Ty Garfield rises again like a Phoenix wearing an apron. Taking a break from his day job as a marketing professional, Ty takes on barbecue and coleslaw so you can benefit from his heartburn. Drawing from his childhood working in his family’s restaurant and inventing a Carolina style barbecue sauce sweetened with roasted carrots instead of sugars, are obvious qualifications for him to be a food reviewer.
