Mexican food with a Southwest style! Cactus’ Brisket Burrita Leñera is served enchilada-style, with applewood-smoked beef brisket, guacamole, pico de gallo, Spanish rice and cumin black beans wrapped in a flour tortilla. The burrito is topped with New Mexico green chile sauce and a drizzle of buttermilk crema. Load up your fork and enjoy!

During lunchtime, the Cantina de San Patricio offers two seriously delicious burritos. For the Cantina Burrito, choose from carne asada or chicken, which is stuffed into a wrapped flour tortilla with refried beans, rice and Cantina queso. The Burrito de Camarones is made with both prawns and bacon, bell peppers, onions, corn and rice with Cantina queso.

Head to the Ballard Farmers Market on Sundays to get a taste of the Los Chilangos burrito, or visit Bellevue for their everyday taco truck location on any other day. These babies are stuffed with your choice of meat, plus rice, black beans, lettuce, guac and pico de gallo. Available veggie-style with cheese instead of meat. Don’t miss the breakfast version if you are in the area in the a.m.!

Your favorite old school Mexican dive bar, Mama’s Cantina in Belltown, is a great spot to find an amazing burrito. The establishment is famous for their ‘wet’ burritos, which are wrapped in flour tortillas and served with dirty rice, slaw and pinto beans on the side. There are five delicious burritos to choose from, with a classic Slow-Roasted Pork Chile Verde option, or something more exciting like the Vintage Elvis Burrito: a 12-inch burrito filled with steak, cheese and roasted veggies and topped with Mama’s sauce, cheese and avocado.
