There’s something special about lamb. And when you bite into a thick, juicy lamb burger, the experience is truly unmatched. The following eateries around Seattle craft a seriously good lamb burger, and I highly recommend stopping by for a try!

Bastille Cafe & Bar | 5307 Ballard Avenue NW | 206-453-5014

This place does French cuisine to a top-notch level for quality, authenticity and presentation. Their amazing Bastille Lamb Burger is slathered with harissa aïoli and topped with arugula and pickled red onion. Toasty pommes frites are on the side!

Cafe Campagne | 1600 Post Alley | 206-728-2233

Another French eatery worth visiting for an experience of Parisian style and Pacific Northwest ingredients, Cafe Campagne offers an amazing lamb burger. The burger itself is made with freshly ground lamb, which is grilled-to-order and served topped with balsamic onions, roasted red peppers, and garlic aioli. Enjoy the hot, crispy pommes frites it’s served with for some extra ‘yum’!

Lola | 2000 4th Avenue | 206-441-1430

Enjoy a lamb burger with more Greek/Mediterranean flavors at Lola. One of Tom Douglas’ earliest eateries, Lola has been a favorite in the Downtown/Belltown area for quite some time. The lamb burger features Lola’s renowned housemade ketchup, classic toppings of lettuce, tomato and grilled red onion, and healthy (-er) chickpea fries as a side.

Pintxo | 2207 2nd Avenue | 206-441-4042

Stepping into Spanish cuisine, Pintxo specializes in tapas. So, instead of a whopper lamb burger, you can enjoy lamb in mini-burger slider sized portions. The Lamb Kefta Sliders are made from Moroccan-spiced ground lamb, topped with roasted tomato and peppers, micro greens and harissa aioli on warm brioche buns.

Toulouse Petit | 601 Queen Anne Avenue N | 206-432-9069

The lamb burger at Toulouse Petit is absolutely amazing! The patty is made with rich lamb sirloin that is ground in-house, and blended with shallots, thyme, cumin, coriander, mace, cardamom and clove for a truly flavorful burger. It’s topped with a quenelle of chevre on a rustic potato bun with fresh herb mayonnaise. On the side, enjoy a salad of hot pepper jelly, arugula, Mama Lil’s peppers, cornichons and parsley, in addition to pommes frites and aioli.
