Portland, OR - Where to Eat Guide & Associates and the Sizzle & Buzz team proudly share the third of three videos featuring Chef Anthony Cafiero with Ración Open Kitchen + Bar in downtown Portland. Raciónis a totally unique all-electric open kitchen bar offering both a chef’s tasting menu as well as individual creations from the raciones menu. This video illustrates Chef Anthony’s beautifully inspired preparation for an egg-based cocktail, a twist on the classic sour. The cocktail includes egg white, bourbon, aquavit, cider vinegar, honey syrup and is garnished with star anise.
Sizzle & Buzz is a new cooking demo video series hosted by Jillian Rabe and directed by Jared Hail. In 2013, Where to Eat Guide & Associates published its debut cookbook, Sizzle & Buzz: What’s Cookin’ in the Region’s Hottest Restaurants. The book was designed to raise money to feed the hungry. To date, Sizzle & Buzz has provided northwest charities with the means to raise $15,000.00 to help feed those in need.
