While visiting Bend I stopped into Noi for happy hour with my partner. The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was moderately fast and the food was surprisingly good and affordable. The restaurant itself was well laid out and ambience was lovely. I highly recommend the chicken satay.

Me and a couple friends are here and the place is amazing. Just sitting in the restaurant alone was an experience and the food was great. It wasn’t too busy when we went so we all got our food in a timely manner. Staff was friendly, and my friends curry came in a coconut which made all of us happy. Will be going again.
