  • Vaccination card (physical or photo)

  • Record from MyIRMobile.com or another app

  • Printed record from vaccine provider

  • FDA-approved PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours from pharmacy or testing provider. We cannot accept negative rapid home tests.

Honest-to-Goodness Kick-Ass biscuits are made from the best local ingredients.
