Valentine's Day at Home

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with those you love with a Metropolitan Grill experience in the comfort of your own home. Pre-order their Valentine’s Dinner Package! It is a fully prepared oven-ready meal that serves 2 includes simple heating instructions. The package is limited and is to order by February 9th. It will be available for delivery or pick-up on February 12th – 14th.

The $185 dinner package includes Crab, and Artichoke Dip served with a Mini Baguette as the starter meal. Next, Filet Mignon and Roasted Prawn Scampi for the main dish with sides of Parmesan Duchess Potatoes and Honey Roasted Baby Carrots with Charred Lemon. Lastly, Dark Chocolate Bombe Duo with Strawberry and Passion Fruit for dessert!

Japonessa

Japonessa is a sushi cocina located right off of 1st ave in the heart of Downtown Seattle. Chef and owner Billy Beach combines traditional Japanese style with a Latin twist. Chef Billy Beach creates traditional nigiri and sashimi to rolls decorated with jalapeño, cilantro, and mango. 

They are open from 12 NN to 9 PM for Sunday to Thursday while 12 NN to 11 PM for Fridays and Saturdays. The combination of Japanese and Latin flavors merges wonderfully. Lecōsho

The location of Harbor Steps building right off the first ave. With a casually elegant atmosphere of high ceilings, wood-trimmed banquettes, and an open kitchen, Lecōsho features European-influenced dishes using the best ingredients available from the Northwest: herbs, cheeses, wild mushrooms, seafood - and locally and sustainably farmed pork, lamb, chicken & beef. In addition, they make their pasta and are known around the city for their charcuterie and house-made sausage.

They also offer classic cocktails and a unique, well-chosen selection of wines & beers. Owner operated, their goal and desire are to always be on hand to serve you simple, well-prepared food – “food we like,” as they say. Maximilien

Located in the historic Pike Place Market, Maximilien is a romantic and charming French restaurant with Puget Sound, Elliott Bay, West Seattle, and the Olympic Mountains. The food is as spectacular as the view and has made Maximilien one of Seattle’s most intimate settings for over 30 years. The Chefs at Maximilien use local ingredients with French techniques.

Maximilien will be offering a five-course prix-fixe menu to celebrate the season of “Les Amours” with a tasty menu prepared by Chef Potvin. This lunch/dinner is on February 12, 13, and 14, only indoors. We will be offering four time slots per day: 11:30 AM, 2:30 PM, 5:30 PM, and 8:30 PM.

The $120 5-Course menu in part features Scallops, Lobster, and Tenderloin prepared the French way. In addition, love-inspired cocktails and a wine pairing will be available for those wanting to indulge on the event night.

Valentine's Special at Maximilien

This special dinner will also feature the talented Bonnie Birch performing on accordion from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Bonnie began accordion lessons at the age of 7. Her primary teacher was Thorild Swanson from Stancatto School of Accordion. With his guidance, Bonnie developed excellent technique, music reading skills, performing skills, and the appreciation of practice and patience.
